Experience university life in England with the University of the West England, Bristol International Summer School

The two-week Summer School provides you with the opportunity to experience a UK university, as well as explore the UK. You can choose from two different sessions, either July 17 to July 28 or July 31 to August 11.

During your time in Bristol you will attend various academic sessions to help improve your English, your presentation skills and your writing. You’ll also learn about British culture and what it’s like to study at a UK university.

Prize

A free spot at the University of the West England, Bristol International Summer School including accommodation and three meals a day (worth £1,450), as well as round trip travel expenses up to £750.

Deadlines

First session deadlines
  • Deadline to complete the Sqore challenge: June 9, 2017.
  • Deadline to apply to the UWE International Summer School: June 12, 2017.
Second session deadlines
  • Deadline to complete the Sqore challenge: June 30, 2017.
  • Deadline to apply to the UWE International Summer School: July 3, 2017.
Remember to take visa application processing time into consideration when you apply, should you require a visa the second intake offers more time to apply for a visa.

Eligibility requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old to attend the International Summer School.
  • Applicants must have an intermediate level of English or higher (IELTS 5.0 or equivalent).
  • Applicants must be able to legally enter the United Kingdom and are responsible for acquiring their own visas if necessary.

Restrictions

  • Applicants must provide information that is truthful.
  • All responses submitted with regard to the Sqore challenge as well as the Summer School application must be the applicants own original work.

Le régime des EFP est le régime dit d’autodiscipline qui a pour rôle de faciliter la vie collective des stagiaires et de promouvoir leur esprit d’initiative et leur esprit d'équipe. Un Comité d’Auto Discipline (CAD) élu par l’ensemble des stagiaires est composé comme suit: - Des représentants par promotion des stagiaires externes; - Des représentants par promotion pour les internes, - Des représentants des activités parascolaires. - A chacun des représentants est adjoint un suppléant élu dans les mêmes conditions. - Les membres du CAD sont élus parmi les représentants des sections. - Le CAD répartit les tâches entre ses membres selon un calendrier préétabli et approuvé par le CGCP.
